Thanks Tom, excellent information, especially for someone like me and my family who are attempting to move over. In our area of CA as you probably already know we had HUGE gains over a 10 year period with 20% or more gains each year for like 7 years in a row. That bubble had to blow, and now it has with quite a bit of "settling" going on now for the last year or so. I was curious how the market growth and possible drop might effect your area. Sounds positive overall. Of course it's all a unknown with the stock market and oil prices being a big factor in the economy. The realtors post mentions 70 dollar per barrel prices, but a lot of experts are saying it might hit $100 or more and stay there soon, which might definately effect this graph, so I guess will all see? Ciao.
