I own a home in the Auburndale area off Southside drive. There is a strip of land in front of my home between the sidewalk and the street that has a tree that has died. It's about 30 feet in height and has died. Only a few branches bloomed for this summer. She's a goner. Who is responsible for getting the tree cut down since it is located in this right of way?
