Hi folks, what can you tell me about Signature Point out across from Landis Lakes? I know Elite Homes bought the lots recently from PBI, but I'm curious if you think this area will grow and see return on property values.

Thanks!

^^Thanks! Any other feedback? I get mixed reviews on the location. I like it personally, but I'm not sure if it is an area that "moves" all the time like St. Matthews.

If you are looking for best return on your investment, then it is none other than the Highlands, close to Cherokee Park. Then anything in 40206 or 40207, like St Matthews or specifically, upper river road or near Glenview/Indian Hills if you can afford it. Landis is pretty much anywhere USA generic suburbia. But it is nice generic suburbia and more affordable and newer than the other locales. I would say buy where you like best unless you will need to sell within 5 years. In which case the Highlands makes more sense.
