Hi, some more pictures from Louisville and the area. I didn't live here since a long time

close to Norton Suburban (don't know the name of the area, I am not here since a long time)





Downtown at the end of the day



Downtown view from indiana at night (I know somebody already pst a picture like that



Ohio river during the sunset



And to finish Berheim forest, few miles south from the city, I know it is not really a pictures from Louisville but I like it so...



And yes I Took all the pictures. I will check my older folder to try to find some more. You can also see other picture on my website www.maelzoom.com

Wow, there are some really great photos in this thread! Here are some pictures that I took last year downtown around the waterfront area, which is probably my favorite part of the city.

Actually, this is the L&N Headquarters, which occupies the entire South Side of Broadway between Ninth and Tenth Streets. If you look closely behind (from this viewpoint) the building, you can see a little bit of Union Station, which is on Broadway between Tenth and Eleventh. If you want to see what Union Station (now the headquarters and central hub for TARC, the Transit Authority of River City), you can find a good shots at this location (among others):

We came with my wife to Louisville, KY in 2007 and we loved it !! (we are from Paris, France)

I love all the pictures on the forum. Thanks for sharing pictures of your beautiful city with us... We hope to pass by KY soon again in September. Gonna be in TN so ....
