I might be moving to Louisville, it's pretty high on my list of possibles, but I need to narrow it down to the right neighborhood. I won't have a car, but I'm pretty used to that, and I live in a town of about 90 thousand. A neighborhood with at least one close bus stop is vital, as is a close by pharmacy. A full grocery store within 2 miles is also needed. Prices are very good in town for me, but I can't get much info on the ratings for the apartments. Places like rent.com have a few ratings, but most apartments listed don't have ratings. A relatively low crime area would be nice also. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest Highlands or Germantown. Downtown could work but it does tend to die out after work hours (resturants will be open, but not much day to day retail). I'd also suggest trying craigslist for rentals, that's always served me much better. What are you looking to pay in rent?

$900. Like I said, I've found loads that fit my criteria, but I havn't found reviews or ratings. I'll check those out, thanks.
