Today, looking in the Greater Louisville MLS, I find there are 20 houses actively for sale meeting your criteria in Oldham and NE Jefferson Counties. (this is not a sales advertisement) but just a note for your information and guidance.

The Lyndon area is a very nice aesthetically and mostly upper middle class. LaGrange Rd (KY 146) is like a beautiful country road in the middle of the city. Lyndon is also close to two major shopping areas (Mall St Matthews & Springhurst) w/o having a lot of traffic and noise itself.

E.P. Sawyer State Park is just off Hurstbourne Pky in that area and has over 5 miles of walking trails

To be more specific about this search, the entire area north of I-64 and east of the Watterson X-way (i-264) plus Oldham County is included in that search. So as Censusdata appreciately suggested, Lyndon, Tom Sawyer Park, and all of KY 146 would be in the mix.
