I don't know if anyone has posted about this before. I couldn't find it, if they have. But there is a new park opening in the spring of 2019. Looks really nice.

I can't wait for this to open.

I have posted it, but with 13.5 billion in development over the last 4 years, it's really a tiny drop in the bucket. It will be very nice when fully complete, though. 2019 will open phase one, but it could be a decade before all 30+ acres are fully built out.

What's a new botanical garden like? Does it have that new neighborhood with tiny trees look or are they able to plant substantial enough trees and have other landscaping to make up for it? Either way it's exciting and it will only get better as the plants grow up and new phases get built, but the people who will get the full experience are children now. It's another one of those attractions every city should have.
