Hi there!
my husband and I just moved to Louisville and we're currently in the process of finding a home to start a family. We went to the Glenmary subdivision and fall in love with the neighborhood and with a particular home, but wonder if it's a good neighborhood...
What do you think about the Glenmary subdivision? Do you recommend buying a home there under the current circumstances (the golf course lawsuit)? What is like living in Glenmary? Is it a safe?
Thanks for taking the time to help a couple of confused first time home buyers!

Will be a lowes and several smaller shops and restaurants. They were going to open a big mall but I believe Amazon growth has killed that. Maybe call Barrister Commercial group to find out more? I'd certainly want to know what was planned near there before buying by it. I also find it weird they are gettimg a Lowes when that company recently announced nationally it was closing stores.

South Pointe Commons

Their website is useless and it has gotten delayed by a couple years.
