taxes and homeowners insurance
looking for a little help here. i'm moving to the louisville area, and searching for houses. can anybody give me an idea what homeowners insurance and property taxes would be for a smallish house in the prospect area?
i know you can't really say, but does anyone know of a good resource to find this kind of information?

Unfortunately there is not one person on this site that can answer your question without more information. I recommend you check with an insurance agent and the appropriate county's PVA for taxes.
Otherwise you will have to publically disclose your address. Taxes and insurance are both based on property values.
