Default Bay Point?

anybody have any experience with the Bay Point subdivision? on my continuous housing search, i have stumbled upon a place there that appears to be what and where i need. is this a good neighborhood? close to some social atmosphere?

Socially, dead man's corner. The area to the east isn't your best part of dodge, but if you can live with the closeness of a major Interstate highway, it should be ok for a single person or people without children.

i am indeed a single person. i'm going to be working east along 71. i need a location that keeps me within 45 minutes of carrollton, but within striking distance of the city. i don't necessarily need to be in the social hotspot, but i need to be close enough to enjoy it when i want to.

Bay Point will work for you. It's 30-35 minutes to your work, and 10-15 minutes to most social spots whether they be movie theaters, downtown, churches, or restaurants.
