Default Searching for an article on NBA in Louisville

I know this probably isn't the best forum to post this in, but I know everyone here is knowledgeable and could help me out. I'm looking for an article about NBA in Louisville. It was a feasability study article that talked about how Louisville could support an NBA team. It was a study with lots of facts, figures, and pictures. I believe it was a pdf file and I can't seem to find it. I remember reading it somewhere online maybe 6 months ago. I do know they found Louisville could support a team.

There is an article I'm seeing that was done by GLI in 2000 as a study, but I can't seem to find the actual study online (just a mention that it was done). Anybody know where I can find this article or remember it?! Help! Thanks.
