Default Richest Areas

I construct new homes and renovations in the most elite areas in Louisville.
Hands down, the top four are Glenview, Cherokee Gardens, Indian Hills, Mockingbird Gardens.
See my website. Some of the homes are in these areas.

The data I just looked at says Anchorage. The houses cost significantly more per square foot then any other area, and the AVERAGE priced home is higher then any area. The other areas mentioned might have more expensive homes, but as an area, Anchorage seems to take the crown.

Cherokee Gardens, the Upper River Road area, and some of the streets with immediate access to Cherokee Park in the Highlands (think Casselberry Road, Village Drive, Sulgrave Road, and Spring Drive) are hands down the wealthiest areas in the entire city.

Lake Forest simply does not compare due to location, building materials, and architecture.

I would not trust anything on Wikipedia - anyone add anything or change anything or even make up anything on Wikipedia.

According to City-data.com - the average annual income in 2008 for residents of Prospect was over $131,000

Business First just ran one of their famous lists of the most.... I don't have it in front of me so I won't attempt to quote it, I will check on it tomorrow or you can probably go to Business First Louisville's website.

Will you please help me? I noticed you posted these "i" links next to glenview, Indian Hills -- now I went, myself to this "city data" place that these links took me too but cannot figure out how to search other areas such as these such as Lake forest or any other louisville neightborhood.

I'm trying to write a business plan -- I am in the marketing strategy stage of my development

I don't know a lot about Louisville neighborhoods and how far all these are from one another

If I were to say my target markets were

Anchorage, Prospect, Glennview, Indian Hills, Lake Forest -- how far are all these away from one another? Is there a larger term to refer to these areas -- are these all considered a certain structure of the East End? Would you please help me figure out how you did your search that initially yields this data so I can put in more neighborhoods.

thanks
