Default Relocating info?

Hello, My husband and I were looking into relocating. We are wanting to come back South and was thinking of moving back to Knoxville but, we remembered how beautiful Louisville was when we vacationed there years ago. We thought about relocating there when we moved from Knoxville some years ago. Well here we are again wondering if it would be a good option for our family.

What is Louisville like vs. Knoxville? Is it easy to get a job? Are most neighborhoods segregated or intergrated? What are the people like friendly vs. mean?? Are ther a lot of things to do for families and extra curricular activities for children? Are people seperated by class or does everyone intermingle? What are the safer areas to live or what areas should just be avoided?

Sorry I have so many questions. We only visited for a weekend.

The questions you have asked, while very deeply real to you, won't get the most real replies. Of course, most people will lean towards the optimistic point of view, even put on some rose colored glasses.

The Louisville Metropolitan Statistical Area which basically includes Jefferson Co, KY and two layers of surrounding counties is a very good place to grow a family. Now as to whether you can find a job or not truly depends on your skill levels, apptitude, and attitudes.

As far as segregation, our area is totally welcoming to people of all ethnicities, races, and creeds. Provided they are as equally endorsing of us and come to accept our flaws, our oddities, and our customs.

Default Louisville is wonderful!

Louisville is one of the best all-round cities for family living. Not to big or small, great schools, parks, security, friends.
Should you make the move feel and elect to build please see my website.
Thank you, denis
