Default Tennis center in Mount Washington

Hello all, I am trying to get peoples thoughts, ideas, etc. for building a tennis center in Mount Washington, Ky. I am trying to make contacts or maybe people who are serious to form a committee on this matter.
Mount Washington is a very nice town, the people are excellent, and the community is growing. They are building schools left and right out here.
If any one wants to play out here ,there are two courts which have painted surfaces, don't slip. There are two more courts at Bullit East High, but they are kept locked up.
With all of these new schools, what would be better than to build a tennis facility that the schools could share, and be ran as an upscale but affordable place to grow the game of tennis and create a few jobs.
My idea would be to have 10 indoor courts hard surface and 5 indoor or outdoor clay courts with room to expand and a nice clubhouse with locker rooms and showers and maybe cardio equipment and hot tubs etc.
If anyone is interested or would just like to give me their feedback or suggestions please email me.
