Default Highlands Home

We are looking for a home near Atherton High School. We have 2 children 14 turning 15 in september and a 17 year old daughter. We would like our home to be approx. 2,100.sq ft. We have 2 dogs so a yard is important doesn't have to be a big yard. We would like a quiet street. our price range is from $250,000-$350,000.

areas west of Bardstown Road tend to be a bit more affordable than areas east of B-town. The Outer Highlands (Trevillian Way, Newburg Rd) would fit your price range and is a really nice area

I'm in Lexington, but I have a friend who lives half a block from that school. It's a beautiful area and there are houses in your range really close. There is a pretty dutch colonial on Dundee that is really really close to the school for 289K. Big lot, nice interior photos. There are many others. You'll do really well in that price range. Search zip 40205, but always double check school district issues ...

The MLS system has 13 houses for sale in that price range with at least 3 bedrooms in the Highlands area. Lots of pretty homes in that area.
