Default Downtown Living??

I will be relocating to Louisville in the next few months and am looking to get an apartment in the downtown area. I wanted to know where I could find a one bedroom place that doesn't break the bank preferably around $600 but would be willing to pay around $700 or $750 for all utilities included. I also need a place that has parking, don't really want to be on the street. I am a 23 yr old single male and would like to live around some nightlife/entertainment. What areas should be avoided? If you have any comments or suggestions that would be very helpful. Thanks everyone.

Send me a PM. I think Kentucky Towers, Crescent Center, and Henry Clay would be your top three choices. Henry Clay is the most upscale but also much more expensive. All have attached parking garages for various prices. All three are within 2 blocks of fourth street live, which is fairly vibrant and set to expand soon.
