wow...enofile! thats you! talk them down below 900k and go for that. Thats a wonderful area, lots of land, beautiful home, and high appreciaton. I think you would like the Prospect lifestyle. Summers at Captains Quarters and other river bars, and just a whole other scene out there. Close to the Summit and the new urbanist Norton Commons, close to the culture of Bardstown Rd, Frankfort Ave, and downtown. Also close to fast growing Oldham County and its nice subdivisions and serene horse farms. If you score that house, will you iinvite me for a tour? If not I have a couple others in mind.

That would be a perfect ideal, but we would not be able to spring for that kind of money and it's a lot of house for just the two of us. There is a house at 3 East Mill Place that might be perfect, but we have no idea about the neighborhood.

The home you like at 3 East Mill Place is a lovely home in a desirable area. It appears to have many updates as well for its age. The heating is only 1 year old, and the roof was replaced in 3/08. The home owners share the road and the maintenance that goes with it--brush and snow removal. This home has been on the market for 358 days and is very easy to preview. The homes in the direct surrounding area are currently listed for sell in prices ranging from this one (being the most competitively priced) up to 1.9 million. If you want me to send you the seller's disclosures, plat, or floor plan just let me know. In addition if you would like to see it I'll be more than happy to show it to you.
