If you have more pictures on that sublease, that would be great. But I don't think I would like to spend extra money on a furnished place. I feel I can rent a nice place and buy nice furniture for much less.

Too true. About 50% of the people we rent to use our places until they find something else, usually one to two months.

One bedroom, one bathroom. It doesn't have to be really huge, I'm not familiar with square feet. It would be for me and my girlfriend and we would be renting.
