Insight Cable. And they suck. Dish is not bad.

insight isn't bad. its kind of expensive, but they just added a lot more HD channels. they definitely have a monopoly in the louisville market as far as cable companies go. dish is ok, it tends to have a lot of static when it storms, which happens a lot here from march-october.

I'm going to agree with mdawg here. Insight has gotten light years better than they used to be. Lots of channels, lots of on-demand features both free and pay, and good HD channels.

Their customer service used to be the worst in the world, but that has been totally turned around. I think they now have one of the best customer service divisions of any company I deal with anywhere.

Insight is the only cable company. Not that bad, customer service isn't horrible-just don't let 'em bully you! :-)

I wouldn't get dish service unless you have to or unless you know how to align it yourself. The weather can wreak havoc on alignment.

usually the only people who get dish service around here live in the more rural areas where cable service isnt always available.
