Default Star of Jeffersonville shutting down

This seems to a rough time of the year to keep up with operations. I thought this boat was seasonal and took off during the winter months. Next week will be it's last week.

An even older Louisville institution, Kaelin's, is also shutting its doors. It has been in business for I think 100 years or so and claims to have invented the cheeseburger. Please use your limited money to support locally owned places and not chains people!

Oh my Kaelin's too???? Yeah, we all need to go to local shops as much as possible. I love local restaurants and frequent the ones in my area.

We do our best to eat at Louisville owned restaurants - I drive by Kaelins every day - I can't believe it is going out of business!
