Its an urban campus, so use your head. Like many urban campuses, there are reports every year of students getting robbed. That said, by "big city" standards, UofL campus is very safe.

Thank you much. I do have 2 more questions. If you or anyone can answer. #1. Does the College of business (Accounting) come with a good rep? #2. Whats the main culture at UofL. Southern? Midwestern? No one has to get into big details, just keep it simple lol.

From a University of Kentucky point of view, you'll do well with U of L Accounting and Marketing. You might do better when it comes to other study genre's. STX hit it on the head. UL is an urban school, it's a city school neither southern or midwestern.

Call the Accounting Dept. I assure you any student recruiter worth their weight will know that answer.

U of L pulls from a lot of Western KY and parts of Tennessee so there is a lot of southern culture in terms of the people there, and Louisville is (at least in my opinion) a southern city, so if you go to U of L you will definitely get at least some sense of "southernness", although there are a lot of people that go here who are from the midwest, west coast, and many from other countries as well. But i have heard from a lot of people who go there from Ohio, Illinois, and New York and they say they think the campus and city are very culturally southern to them.
