Its very nice, very safe, and lots of young professionals but definitely not "abuzz" with pedestrians like Bardstown Road. I think youll like it there.

Try "driving it" on google street view.

You'll notice Kennedy Court Park is a nice park for your dog to run in. Also nearby is the Crescent Hill Water treatment plant, which is actually the most architecually beautiful water plant you will ever see. It has a nice running track around the outside, and Crescent Hill is a decent little public golf course nearby too. From Kennedy, plan on 15 minutes to get to Sullivan daily.
