I read somewhere on this forum that some powerplant or factory was closing which might help clean up the air, what was that and when was it happening? "best places for cities" rates Louisville 11 out of 100!!

Wow, that is a very double edges sword! On one hand, cleaner air--and who can't use more of THAT?

On the other hand, more people out of work.

A real win/lose situation.
