Man, i've been here 4 times already and it has been rainy/overcast EVERY TIME. Is it always like this or am i just getting unlucky when i'm here. I'm moving here for good in a month, and just want to get a heads up. Thanks.

Last year this time, things were beginning to turn brown. We haven't had this seasonal pattern since 1981.

Sounds like y'all are having a wet June down there, too.

For the OP...from what I recall winter was the more rainy/cloudy season. Summer and Fall were usually pretty sunny with the occasional overcase and of course the afternoon thunderstorm and frontal systems coming though. Fall was the best, especially when it started to get crisper and colder, with that perfect blue sky.

It's not like this all the time, this year has been abnormal.

CNN Headline News showed Louisville during yesterday's storms this morning, when the power was out.
