Crescent Hill is like a smaller and less expensive to live in version of the Highlands! PLUS WITH LESS TRAFFIC! I used to rent a nifty little studio/loft apartment there a few years ago and I absolutely loved it. You are in close proximity to just about anything you could want to be near. You are very close to the interstate. It can be quiet but still retains some of the hustle and bustle of the city. It has lots of neat restaurants and shops. To me, it was just a very nice and neat area of town to live in and I never had any problems there.
