We're going to be looking in the area soon, but it's out of our price range. Sweet house tho! Good luck!

What a great house! I can't imagine it being on the market too long. What is the area like? How close are stores, are there a lot of kids on your street? How close is school?

The area is great since some of the local stores (hardware, party, grocery, etc.) are only about 5 min away. Bigger shopping can be done at the Summit and Westport road which is about 10 minutes away. And two shopping malls are about 15 min. away.

And, being nestled in the sac of the cul de sac makes the street quiet.

Our subdivision has undergone a change over the past year where more younger couples with small kids have come into here. We have kids ranging from 2-13 on our street, about 8 kids in total (I think). In our sub, there are a lot more kids and a very active HOA that throws all sorts of block parties so the neighbors can get to know each other.

The elementary school is less than a half mile away and is, supposedly, the best elementary school in Ky (Goshen Elementary). I say supposedly because my daughter isn't going to elementary school until next year and that is what I have heard, so I am sure someone can either support or refute that claim. The middle and high school are about 1-2 miles away. If you click on the realtor.com listing for the house, at the bottom are the great schools ratings for the elementary, middle, and high schools as well as their distance from the house. All are rated 10/10.

Enjoy.
