New Home For Sale, Prospect (Oldham County side)
I just put my home up for sale if you or anyone you know is iterested in purchasing a home. I have it listed for a great price and if you are a veteran, you can assume my 5% VA loan.
It is 2361 sqft. above ground and 1000 sqft. finished basement with over a half acre lot and a 6' privacy fence around the entire back yard in the sac of a cul-de-sac.
I have two links below, the first one has a great write up, the second is from realtor.com and shows the great schools ratings (all 10 out of 10 for elementary, middle, and high school), both have some nice pictures taken just yesterday.
Thanks.

I apologize, the title is a bit misleading and I don't know how to change it, but this is not a new home, the home is a new listing. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused. There is also a virtual tour now :-)

A very nice home and a good presentation by the realtor. (Being picky, you may want to tell her that "veterans" is misspelled as "Verterans" in the GLARMLS.)
My brother is actually looking in that area and I've passed this on to him. He's a police officer and I think they may need to live in Jefferson County, however.
That sun room is awesome!

Thanks for the spelling catch (forwarded to realtor). Yeah, the pictures turned out awesome. She hires a professional photographer to come in and take the pictures. We are pleased.
Thanks for passing it along.

Well, my sister-in-law loved it but my brother says it is slightly out of their price range and too far from downtown where he works. But they showed it to their realtor and to a friend who is looking, so good luck!
Again, that sun room is unbelievable.

Yeah..that room is one of the drivers that led us to buying the place. Too bad we are moving to Texas :-(
And downtown isn't that bad. Took me 22 minutes this morning from my driveway to the 8th and Main parking garage since I have easy access to River Road and can stay off the interstate.
Thanks for forwarding this along.

Get away from JCPS, come on out to Oldham County where one of the best (if not the best) elementary schools in Ky is located...less than a half mile from the house.

I talked my brother into going out and at least seeing it this weekend. If he buys, I expect a nice present!!
