Car wash recommendation in Louisville/southern Indiana (price, place)

Would you please recommend some nice car wash place in Louisville or southern Indiana?

Vehicle condition and selection criteria:

1) the mini-van is ok dirty outside but very dirty and smelly inside
2) would like a place that washes by hands instead of machines
3) looking for a place which does the cleanest job and don't really care too much about the price.

Thomas Car Wash in St Matthews is the best. I think they will do a hand wash but it is pricey.
