Just going by what I have read on the first pages of this thread which states very little graffiti seen. Is that not so?
We have a major problem with graffiti over here, especially with tagging. It can takes many months to get it removed unless it's abusive (Hate crime etc) when it is removed within 24 hours.
There isn't too much of it in the city centre itself but apart from that it is all over the city, especially on the estates.

It depends where you are. A lot of the train cars around here, and the train overpasses have graffiti, but generally speaking, much of Louisville is graffiti free.

as a lifelong Louisvillian i agree it depends on where you live i am black and grew up in Newburg and Fern Creek and now live in the west in near Shively I recently lost my husband and as soon as our daughter graduates from college i will be moving back to east end of the county to the safest neighborhood i can afford. we do have wanna be gang bangers and unfortunately i think unless we band together and take back our neighborhoods they will be taking over. unfortunately most of my family and friends moved away from the west end during urban renewal and the only people left are mostly older people who can't move and young wanna be gangsters. When i attend my family church
we spend 30 minutes alter prayer with 50% of the prayers for the members who children and grandchildren have embraced the crack and gang bang life
