The drainage pipe in my easement is plastic and has busted. So now my gravel driveway has a nice dip where the pipe is. I've called MSD and another local sewer company that apparently services my area. MSD won't replace it since I'm in Bullitt county and the other company won't for whatever reason. My address is in Louisville, KY but I am just inside the Bullitt county line near Jefferson county. Anyone know of someone else who would cover the cost of this repair? I have called my local city hall of Hillview and they've said I could buy the materials and they would send out a crew to do the labor. Is that my only option? If so, all I need is a steel corrugated pipe and gravel?

That's a good deal. Let them tell you what you need and get 'em started before they change their mind.

That sounds like a fair deal. The labor is going to be the higher cost. Even if you end up needing an additional truck of gravel, the material costs should be reasonable. There is no entity like MSD in Bullitt county (thank goodness).
