I know the realtors are usually pretty familiar with them and there usually listed on a home listing page as well? Is that what you were asking?

Thanks for responding, but of all the real estate sites I've seen, none have listed an HOA. As I said, I haven't had the pleasure of dealing with one but my in laws in Tampa are have a wonderful time with theirs over the RV they park in the driveway. Being RV'rs ourselves, I not interested in a hassel.

Thmitch79, I live in a township in Ohio. While we don't have a HOA for our subdivision, our township regulations spell out how & what size vehicles can be parked on one's property...

This is the only thing that I have seen that contains a list (partial, though) of HOAs in the Louisville, KY, area. Don't know how much help this will be for you, but maybe it's a start. Good luck!

best bet is to ask your realtor and if you find a home you like, try to chat up some neighbors a bit (never a bad idea anyways).
