Hello, I just got a job in Lubbock, TX and I was wondering what are some good apartment that I should look at. I can afford up to $700 with utility and a furnished apartment would be a great bonus. My main concern is safety and a helpful management.

I was thinking about Coachlight at 7906 Indiana Drive. I was also looking at Park Terrace on 2401 45th street, but it looks pretty close to Avenue Q. Besides those, I was also looking at Fountains and Savannah Oaks but I am getting mixed reviews from both of these apartments. Any advices or reviews would be much appreciate.

Of the two listed addresses, the one on Indiana is probably a better location. I can't speak for the other criteria, though.

I would avoid Park Terrace. Coincidentally enough I actually know the landlord and someone who lived there, and they're pretty sketchy to be honest. Coachlight has the best location of the ones you've listed.
