My wife and I are looking to relocate to the Lubbock area to open the new Costco coming to town. In searching for place to live we came across the Tuscany Place Apartments. They look wonderful and we are very excited about the prospect of finding such a wonderful place. What I want to know though, is everything I'm reading on their website true? Has anyone ever lived there or known someone who has? Any information you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Based on the address, they're brand new, and based off the prices (pretty expensive for Lubbock), I imagine you get what you pay for. They seem nice, not really a catch to them.

I can't speak for the prices, as I did not look and I don't know the apartment rental market in Lubbock anyway.

That said, I think those apartments are very close to new, and the neighborhood is a both decent and very convenient to where you will be working. It is also convenient to all the newer retail construction on the SW side of town, to the mall, and to the Marsha Sharp Freeway if you have a desire to get to the other side of town quickly. The Loop is easy and close to get to as well.

All in all, if you are comfy with the amenities and prices on that complex, then I would say go for it.

Just FYI, I lived within a mile of there for 10 years or so, and my daughter/SIL currently live very close to there.

Greetings. We live just a few blocks from those apartments, our son will be attending middle school right down the street this fall. They are brand new, we have some friends who live there and we've used the pool a few times, they seem pretty nice. As some mentioned they are higher priced for Lubbock, but those we know who live there have had nothing but good things to say about them. Direct message me if you'd like and I can get you in touch with people I know living there and they can answer questions or help you out.
