Very cool, I think this is a great bellwether for how successful the downtown revitalization will be.

I also read this week that one of the banks (forgot which one) would be opening it's headquarters downtown. Exciting to watch the revitalization unfold!

Good for them. Time to see some other companies step up. It'd be nice to see others branching out from other cities to put a new branch in Lubbock.

Downtown still has a long, long way to go. When I was there last month, I saw that there were still some pockets of empty land between Avenue K and Avenue Q and along 14th, 15th, and 16th Streets. In that area and other parts of downtown, there are buildings that could be razed to make way for new ones. Lots of open opportunity.

I think NTS made the right decision to move back where they were.
