I have no idea but it sounds possible that the employer might try to require such a thing.

I know that you should be able to be exempt because of religious reasons. I have always heard that it is against the law to try to force anyone to take a vaccine if their religion is against it. So, pick the right religion........

In Georgia, your employer has the right to fire you at any time, for any reason. They might not can force you to get a flu shot, but they can fire you for not doing so. It would be called insubordination, not following the rules, something like that.

Let me fix that line for you. Anywhere your employer can fire you at any time for just cause. No where can they fire you without a reason. But lets face it, reasons are a dime a dozen. And they can certainly fire you for not complying with a mandatory vaccination. Quite simply, you are working there 'at will', meaning no one is forcing you to work there.
