I'm thinking about a job at Robins AFB but what the agent showed us of WR/Perry-I wasnt impressed. I saw flat laying subdivisions of mostly clear cut land with homes on small lots. We want a home at least 2-3 private, wooded, homesite that feels like your in the woods. Want to be in established neighborhood that feels like your in the woods-quiet, green, natural (not just clear cut lawn). Anyone know of areas like this within 20+ minute drive of Robins AFB? Also good schools and no crime are important as hav teen boys that play football.

Cochran Ga. Small town no Walmart. But nice. Good homes on many wooded lots. Only 24 Miles to WR. Many people in Cochran who commute to Warner Robins every day.

This is a growing area. I am giving you a City-data link. Notice the population change. 17% from the year 2000.

Hmmm to be honest, it really shouldnt be hard to find the kind of area you are looking for around WR. Not so much in the city limits, but in diff sections of Houston County, or nearby Peach County, Twiggs Country, and Jones. Just check out more rural areas of Houston Co, Peach Co and Twiggs Co. Shouldnt be too hard to find. In general, the schools in Houston and Peach Counties have GOOD to GREAT football programs. Twiggs is off and on.

Don't know if you've found anything yet but the moronic builders that over-built Houston county by 13,000 homes all had the same retarded mindset: cut down all the trees; build the house and put down sod. I live just inside Peach county from Houston and my yard is wooded and in the quietest neighborhood around, so good that little children play in the street and in 4 years I've never heard noise from the neighbors except on 4th of July, or New Years eve. I have an acre of woods behind my house that comes with my house. I'm moving if you're interested in a great house.

We bought the house the Nordstrom's built, right around the curve. We've probably waved at each other.

Have your realator show you a subdivision called Olde Hickory Villiage in Bonaire. If she doesn't know where it is then Call Trinette Rosales at Coldwell Banker SSK she can help you out on that one.
