Default Relocating to Warner Robins

I am new to this forum and relocating to Warner Robins from Virginia. We visited area last week and noticed much of the area was a little older than we are used to. Just curious where the newer/updated neighborhoods are located? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You kinda have to get on the edges of Warner Robins to find the newer subdivisions. They are there. Bon Air has some new places and I think I saw some new stuff along Houston Lake Road. Perry to the south has some new subdivisions going in and I would imagine the north Macon area has some new stuff also. I would suggest you look to the east, south and west of Warner Robins proper for newer subdivisions. Good luck.

Just like Bulldawg says, there are plenty of new areas in WR. The older areas are off of Watson Blvd and Russell Pkwy. For the newer stuff go to Highway 96 and points south and Houston Lake Road and points west. There are plenty of everything new out there. Also, there are areas south of the base in the Bonaire and Kathleen areas that have been building up like a wildfire (at least until about a year or two ago when the economy collapsed).

Default Warner Robins

Hey Go south toward perry there are some great new areas there that you can pretty much steal a house now. By the way THE BIKE STORE is a great bike store in WR.

ENJOY

When I originally moved to Ga from the North I rented near the mall and ventured out o my own. I would recommend trying to stay in a 6 month rental drive around and decide for yourself. My family in the south chose areas that they would like but being from the north would not have been my choice. If you visit Hartley Bridge Road area and have toddlers my learning center is in the area. I am grateful I made the move and hope you r blessed to say the same.
