Advice needed about Southside of Milledgeville, GA
Can anyone describe the southside part of Milledgeville that is near the McDade Lake and Berryfarm area? I've been talking to someone about buying several acres for sale in the area that is sort of secluded and wooded with a creek. I have not been to Milledge in a few years but know it is a charming town. My intent is to have a quiet peaceful wooded getaway to retreat to on weekends and such. Does this part of Milledgeville match with my description? Appreciate anyone who knows responding soon.

I think the place you are talking about is near the river and in a quiet neiborhood near Central State. The neiborhood McDade Lake and the Berry Farm Conservation Area is in is mostly quiet but they do have occasional crime reports though and the nearest highway to the road is Vinson Highway which is kind of rundown.
