Default Help! Housing in Middleton, Anyone?
Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a great area in Middleton that has a house for rent either in August or September of 2007 with a one year lease? We are looking for a 3 bedroom home (in a top school district is key).

I'm just 17, but Middleton was rated #1 place to live in the Nation. I am very familiar with the area-- and have been all over.

I highly recommend the Middleton Hills area if it's within your budge. It's pretty new, and all the people are pretty nice. The MCPASD Cross Plains Area School District is also really great (and above Madison.)

Thats the 2nd time I heard someone say that Middleton is the #1 place to live in the nation. Funny, I've looked at property and employment there not long ago....

Middleton was ranked the #1 small city in America in the last issue of Money magazine. Good schools, low crime, low unemployment, strong growth, and next to Madison.

How much are you looking to pay per month? Rents range from $1100-1800 per month. And of course you get what you pay for.
