Olbrich Park area
(posted this in main forum before noticing there was a Madison-specific one...hope it's OK to copy it over here too...)
Browsing some Madison apartment-rental sites, I came across something that looked good adjacent to Olbrich Park. I seem to remember from years ago that this was a nice area...can anyone update me on what it's like now? For example, is it reasonably quiet and free of students? Are there restaurants/bars/grocery stores within walking distance? Is it generally a good and safe neighborhood?
