Other than just being in a hurry why would anyone in Milwaukee area or madison stop at a fast food joint? that's like ordering pizza from pizza hut or toppers.

Recent relocatee from Ohio here... I was very enthusiastic about my move to Madison except for two things...

THERE ARE NO BOSTON MARKETS OR HONEY BAKED HAMS in Madison! I darn near called off the whole relocation.

Culver's burgers are exceptional but they have the worst green beans I've ever tasted.

Looks like you'll have to come to Milwaukee then, we have 6 Boston markets within 50 miles and 2 HONEY BAKED HAMS. BTW I hate Culvers fries but also love their burgers!

You just moved to Madison 10 years too late. Madison had HBH (Gammon Rd., south of the Beltline/near Woodmans) all 10 years I lived in Madison (1992 - 2002) and Boston Market (on Mineral Point, across from West Towne Mall) for about 5 of those years.

I would happily drive to Racine for a Chicken Biscuit......I called and they don't serve breakfast. That's like pulling up to a McDonalds and them telling you they no longer have burgers on the menu!

That's because it's a mall location...since you are willing to drive to Racine, why not to Chicago? They opened several free standing locations in a handful of suburbs....and all of them serve breakfast.

I was at Chick-Fil-A yesterday by chance and I saw their breakfast menu and kept thinking chicken for breakfast'??? LOL But I suppose people like it if they have it.

I'd try it. Doesn't sound too off the beaten path since one can easily buy chicken sausages at the grocery store nowadays.

BTW I tried the Chick Fil A breakfast....well, it is pretty much like lunch IMO. Same chicken but on biscuit bread. And greesy tator tots like from Sonic....

I would say that their strong point isn't breakfast...and from what I could see, the restaurant was pretty empty at that time as well. But that was just my experience and at one location so who knows if the same goes for other locations.

I also read Chick Fil A will be moving into the Twin Cities market also...so will Wisconsin be the donut hole without them or will they fill in??? It seems like we are always the last ones to get the semi-national chains.

down here i think the local's "second church" is the one called Chick Fil A. The lines at lunch or many other times in the day can be crazy. We've eaten there and regular food is fine for what it is though we never tried breakfast (truth be told there are other "chicken chains" like Bojangles or Zaxby's we prefer, just dont tell our neighbors we said so lol). Maybe it's cuz they grew up on it so it's part of their culture almost
