I am seeking a board-certified plastic surgeon in Madison/Milwaukee. Any great/terrible experiences? Thanks for your help!

Steve Bernsten.I'm not positive of that spelling.I was a hairdresser for years in Madison, and I saw alot of his work on my clients.Good work.
