Commute time from Oregon to Madison (Stoughton, Evansville: living, relocation to, campus)

Hello...we are looking at a possible relocation to the Madison area with Oregon, WI being an option of living.

Can any one tell me what normal commute time would be b/t both locations?

Depends on where in Madison, but a I'd say a half-hour at the most, unless you're going from the southern edge of Oregon to the very northern edge of Madison around the lake. 20 minutes would probably be typical. I semiregularly go from campus out to PSL, which is just into Stoughton from Oregon, and that takes a shade under 30 minutes.

I live in Evansville, which is another 15 minutes past Oregon, and going from Oregon to downtown Madison - I would probably say 20 minutes. From Oregon into Madison it's 4 lanes, 65 mph and once you're on the 4 lane, it goes fast.

its a nice drive one road (14) straight to downtown from oregon.
