There is a home in Churchill Heights (East Side of Madison) built by Churchill Builders in 2006

I've never head of them. Most likely they are a small outfit and/or do very specific work through referral. If you like something they've built, I wouldn't hesitate to ask them for references. Although, due to their size, they may have longer lead times or focus on very specific types of projects that do not fit your work scope. Can't hurt to inquire, though.

without much for information on them I wonder if they started back when the housing market was booming here. That area off 51/Portage rd went thru some growth back then, but as i seem to have trouble googling for info on that builder maybe they just focused on that subdivision to begin with. And unfortunately when the market crashed, some businesses went down with it (or were bought out by others in that field).

the above is all a guess of course, just seems odd that unless i'm an internet idiot that it is tough to find much for detail on them.
