grandview commons, cottage grove rd
Does anyone know anything about the Grandview Commons area on the East Side? We're looking at a couple of apartment buildings on Jupiter Dr. Also, we're looking at one on the lake just east of Olbrich Park, but the stretch of Cottage Grove Rd. between Atwood/Monona Dr. and Hwy. 51 seems a bit desolate...iffy neighborhood, or just not much there?

There is just not much there. I think the neighborhood (which is on the south side of Cottage Grove) is a nice little neighborhood. On the lake near Olbrich sounds great! Is it on Monona Drive? They are nice apartments, mostly older folks.
