Default Moving to madison help

Will be working at UW Hospital. I have to be within 20 minutes of hospital. Also need to be where a good high school is located. Which side of town is better. Can any one name communities that a good. Apartments also.

University Heights is in the West School District and close to the hospital.

I think the Regent Street neighborhood is within 20 minutes as well, also the West High District.
