Default Looking for HR position in Madison

Greetings all! I will be moving to Sun Prairie, WI (suburb east of Madison) from Northern VA in 3 weeks. I have been searching for HR jobs on all the typical sites: Monster, jobsinmadison, etc. and have been checking the websites of major employers in Madison. I have a BS in Psychology and 2 years of experience in the HR field. I am finding positions that are more senior-level or are admin. type roles. Does anyone have any suggestions of employers or job postings sites to check out? Also, does anyone know how much HR Associate or Recruiter roles typically pay in the Madison area?

Thanks!

To get something other than an entry-level job, you're probably going to need something more along the lines of a Master's in IR/HR or an MBA with a concentration in IR/HR/OD, etc.

There is a over-supply of well educated professionals in Madison----mostly because of UW-Madison, but also because of high levels of State employment----and, as such, landing a good paying professional job can be a challenge! My thought would be to just keep searching----including in towns that are within driving distance of Madison----something will eventually turn up. Good "Hunting"!!
