Do you still have your condo in the Hilldale area for sale? My son might be interested. Thanks.

I agree with all the previous posters about how wonderful the area is, and the condos look really cool - however, do they ALL literally look out the back directly into the parking garage?? Always wondered about that. Otherwise, they seem fantastic.

Default A few things to consider

These condos are squished inbetween a busy road and more importantly a 3 story parking garage. At night you defianatly couldn't leave your drapes open plus who would want that view. You would be fine to walk around at night, but there isn't much around you to walk to. You would live about 500ft away from a very nice grocery store, across the street from a borders book store, a great noodles place, and of course hilldale mall which has all your usuall plus a cinema and great local mexican place. your front door opens to a bus stop which goes anywhere in madison. My primary concern would be that there are no parks in a walkible distance. The nearest park is about 1/2 - 3/4 a mile away. It is a great park, but it would be a long walk. hope this helped. Any more inquieries?
