Looking at Moving to Madison
Hi All,
I'm from Kansas City, and have been offered a work transfer to Madison. I've seen pictures of it and it is beautiful, I'll also be traveling up there next week to scoop it out.
My boyfriend however will have to find a new job. He has a Assoc. in Drafting and Design (Are there good possibilities up there?) he also has a background in construction, manufacturing, and general labor positions. I'm just worried that he won't find anything good, also if I'm going to like Madison.
So if anyone can share any information with me, it would be great. Where are the fun places? And, what might be good for by BF to do? We also would like to find a rental home or rent a townhome, for a decent price till we get a hand on how it will be out there.
Any advice????????
