Default Is there any public transportation between Madison and Mazomanie?

The answer would be no. Although you may be able to find a carpool, I think there are probably quite a few people who live in Mazo and work in Madison, I have known a few. But Madison Metro is far from being a RTA, they are not really regional in much of any aspect, although they do go to Verona twice a day, but Mazo is not somewhere they go. And outside of the Metro, you don't have any public transit options except for potentially finding a carpool through the Rideshare program. Just google Madison Rideshare!
